Long Oval Gold + Dark Green Meadows Necklace by Rebecca Noel Designs

A new addition to the Dark Green Meadows Collection, this long oval necklace is filled with dark green epoxy clay, then dried plants- broomcorn, solidago and crushed rose petals.  Bits of gold gilding flake are added for extra glisten, and it is topped with glossy clear resin.  This pendant hangs on a 30" chain.  All metals are made of 24k gold plated base metal.  Plating will not tarnish (meaning to oxidize).

What is gold filled?

“Gold-filled” is real gold pressure bonded in multiple layers over a core of brass, resulting in a quality gold product that will not easily wear off.  It requires 5% pure gold by weight, and is just as hypo-allergenic as wearing karat gold.
