Tons of dried cranberry with potpourri-like rose and cooked cranberry flavors. Lots of boozy acidity and candy-like sweetness

About this coffee:

This coffee comes from the Kindeng Dry Mill, located in the Jikawa province of Papua New Guinea. It is a blend of coffee purchased in cherry from about 1500 small farms. These lots offer an increased level of traceability and often are a result of small-holder producers banding together in an official or unofficial structure to sell their coffees together, which typically translates to higher prices and sustainable wages for the farmers who participate.

ABOUT NAMESAKE

Sustainability Meets Deliciousness

At Namesake Coffee, our commitment to intentionality is reflected in every cup and package. We didn’t want to just find biodegradable bags as these materials are designed to break down within commercial facilities and unfortunately not all cities have this capability. Compostable bags, however, are plant-based and break down naturally. The valve in our bags is 100% compostable too so no need to remove these before burying. Pretty cool, right?
