Natural Deodorant |

If you are switching your beauty and personal care products and do not know where to start I strongly encourage to START HERE! Deodorant is a product that most use every single day and studies are proving that the incidence of breast cancer is on the rise. Ingredients that are present in conventional deodorant to avoid include aluminum, parabens, Triclosan (which is actually classified as a pesticide by the FDA), phthalates, propylene glycol and fragrance.

When you think of the glands located in your armpits and know it takes chemicals 26 seconds to reach our blood stream....would you like to rethink what you are exposing to your absorbent skin???

What you should know about Natural will sweat. It is completely unnatural not to sweat. The ingredients used in a natural deodorant will work as an odor absorbing moisturizing antimicrobial. It has taken me almost 2 years to perfect this recipe. With a base of Coconut Oil and Shea Butter it is a soothing application and will improve the health of the underarm tissue. The arrowroot powder absorbs moisture and provide a silky feel. The Sodium Bicarbonate is aluminum free and also helps absorb moisture and neutralize odor. I use a propriety blend of essential oils and Vitamin E Oil to provide more benefits to this Skin Food.

I am forgetting the best part!!! The probiotics! Balancing the bacteria and restoring your pH. We all know we have good and bad bacteria and the benefits of probiotics. Allowing the application through a major area of absorbing is a great way to restore balance.

If you have always used conventional deodorant your body may need to adjust to a natural deodorant. You will possibly detox. Detox!? What does this mean? Well it is different for everyone and you may experience a flawless switch with no change. When I first made the switch my body was trying to balance and reestablish a healthy normal pH and my armpits began to show signs of discoloration. My perspiration also smelled a bit different and I had obvious yellowing of my shirts. GROSS! This lasted only a few days and went away. Soon enough I discovered the correct deodorant and combination for me! Do not get discouraged! Keep using and you too will restore you pH and pit health! Redness, itching and irritation is not a normal detox. If this occurs stop using the deodorant. This rarely happens but if it does there are many factors that can cause this such as friction, using too much deodorant, over use of new products etc. It is an imbalance in the pH and can be neutralized by using a small dab of an apple cider vinegar / water mixture or using the pit primer. Most importantly I am here for you. I spend much of my time
