IN-STORE return policy:

JEWELRY, ACCESSORY, & HOME ITEM SALES ARE FINAL. No returns or exchanges.
CLOTHING & FOOTWEAR: Items to be returned or exchanged must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with tags or stickers still attached and must be accompanied by a receipt. All returns or exchanges must be received within 14 days of the original purchase date. Customer will either receive merchandise credit or may exchange for another item. There are no cash or credit refunds under any circumstances.
All sale/discounted items are final sale.

Items to be returned must be unwashed, unworn, and/or unused with tags or stickers still attached. All returns must be postmarked (or brought into the store) within 14 DAYS of delivery. Customer will receive merchandise credit. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item appears to be damaged by the customer.
There are no credit refunds under any circumstances.

Due to the fast selling pace of limited quantity items, exchanges are not available online.

Please note: when shipping your item back to us, we strongly recommend that you use a delivery confirmation and track your package. Shoppe Smitten is not responsible for lost items. Once your return is received please allow up to 5 business days for this to process. Store credit will be issued back via email.
