Long Oval Gold + Dark Green Meadows Necklace by Rebecca Noel Designs

A new addition to the Dark Green Meadows Collection, this long oval necklace is filled with dark green epoxy clay, then dried plants.  Bits of gold gilding flake are added for extra glisten, and it is topped with glossy clear resin.  This pendant hangs on a 30" chain.  All metals are made of 24k gold plated base metal.  Plating will not tarnish (meaning to oxidize).

What is gold filled?

“Gold-filled” is real gold pressure bonded in multiple layers over a core of brass, resulting in a quality gold product that will not easily wear off.  It requires 5% pure gold by weight, and is just as hypo-allergenic as wearing karat gold.
